Marriage and Psychotherapy Services
When life is overwhelming, I focus upon small changes that can bring immediate relief. When possible, I prefer concentrating more on the present and possibilities for the future, rather than on the past. I also find that exploring your thinking style can change how you feel and lead to behavioral changes.
I have over 25 years experience, an excellent sense of humor and a therapy style that is both practical and direct. I listen and provide feedback to couples, families and individuals.
My specializations include: relationship counseling, anxiety, depression, weight management, anger, trauma, grief, adult ADHD and parenting issues. I remain always respectful, strengths-based and collaborative.
What Clients Are Saying
|
If you are seeking a therapist who will sit on the other side of the room in a comfy chair with their notebook open to write and not really say too much, just listen to you ramble on, then Judith isn't for you. ... The interaction, the advise, the handouts, being able to sit in a comfy couch, and most of all, being able to pet her dog when I spoke is what I needed... Be prepared to learn about YOU, be prepared to be a better YOU and heal. It is wonderful.
